This Service Policy describes how customer service and services provided by Georgina Chavez operate.
Appointments and In-Store Visits

All appointments must be scheduled in advance.

The maximum duration of each appointment is 30 minutes.

A maximum of one guest per appointment is allowed.

Punctuality is essential; in case of delay, the appointment duration may be shortened.
Appointments are intended to provide guidance and to show available models, not to modify garments.
Size Consultation

Size consultation is for guidance purposes only, based on our official size chart.

The final size selection is the customer’s responsibility.

Because our garments are made to order, no adjustments or changes are available afterward.
Fitting and Delivery

The final fitting is only for verifying size and drape.

The fitting does not include adjustments or alterations.

We do not offer custom tailoring or design personalization.
In-Store Pickup

Orders with in-store pickup must be collected within a reasonable time once the customer has been notified.

If the order is not collected within 30 calendar days, it will be considered unclaimed.

No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations apply to unclaimed orders.
