Shipping and return policies
- You have 7 days after receiving your order for any clarification or change.
- There is a $250 pesos fee for size changes and customer errors.
- We do not cancel orders after the payment is processed under any circumstances.
- There are no changes in the measurements entered in the "made to measure" or "standard measurements" option when placing the order. We recommend you to be advised by us or by a seamstress to take them.
- There are no returns or exchanges on custom pieces.
- We do not offer changes to international orders.
- We do not have returns but we do exchange standard sizes.
- Georgina Chávez does not cover the shipping for changed orders.
- There are no changes in evening dresses.
- If the garment to be exchanged shows signs of having been used, there will be no exchange.
- If a piece is damaged or defective, we can offer you a change.
- The changes take approximately three weeks to be made from the moment the garment is received in the workshop.
- For your exchange, we ask that you please return the piece(s) in their original packaging.
- All changes require approval by Georgina Chavez.
- We do not do custom orders. If any change or special request (that does not come in our options on the website) is made in the order, there are no returns or changes.
- We are not responsible for parcel deliveries, that is, if the address is incorrect, there was no one available at the address or the contact numbers are incorrect.
- There are no exchanges or returns on Mystery Box.
